If I were making a garment, I think I would make something like the illustrations in the old book called "Celtic Mythology." I don't know the author, but it's a Dover reprint. The clothes in it are so graceful.
It's interesting that Peg names green and purple as good colors. Mixed colors like green, purple and orange are eschewed by businesspeople as somehow suspect, artistic rather than practical. They wear blue, red and black. If you don't believe me, read "Dress for Success." As for me, I'm the green and purple type. Hate orange, though.
