I don't mean to be picky but................

What the hell ever happened to The customer is always right ????

Lately, if I go into a shop, if a clerk comes over to me and says, "May I help you?"----I just might faint. That's especially true if a customer looks a bit interesting / eccentric. Talking to them just might be fascinating and/or enlightening.
