He was fine in "Invasion of the Body Snatchers" too, but the original movie was still the better of the two...not Sutherland's fault, though. The whole Body Snatchers concept somehow fit the 1950's era perfectly...something hideous lurking behind the bland suburban surface of life in Eisenhower's America.
