That one (on Pene Azul's blicky) is a modern song (obviously by some bloke that had just read Moby Dick), written in the last few decades, in Australia (Newcastle, NSW, I think).

I will check my records (I should just go to the DT and see if the credit has been updated ... shouldn't I?).
