No doubt Joe Offer will have more information than me on this subject, but I'm sure the song that Snuffy is after is the Trini Lopez hit "Shame and Scandal in the Family". That is exactly what occurred to me when I read the lyrics. The idea must have been around for a bit longer than I thought! I can't recall seeing Hamish do it, but the man always did a roaring show when I saw him. Sadly, I won't be seeing him again.
