Just so my last post wasn't misunderstood, the inept customer service techs I was referring to were those working for AT&T broadband -- and so was the the wonderful tech who not only knew what she was doing (and what I was trying to do, which was a non-standard installation), but communicated well and obviously enjoyed her job. I praised her to her supervisor yesterday afternoon and was going to send more praises to her head office, but got sidetracked this morning what with all the breaking news, etc.
