I can't go near any theory of the beginning of the universe. I can neither conceive of it having always existed nor as it NOT having always been there. I think the problem is that I actually do see that time is a physical dimension orthogonal to space according to our perceptual system, so I can't conceive of a time before there was time and space, if that makes sense at all, so I just Don't Go There.

Which doesn't answer whether I'm always where I am, just that wherever I am, it isn't There.
