I too appreciate Wolfgang's perspective. I do not have cable TV and on those occasions when I have been able to see news broadcasts from other countries, it has been strangely comforting (even the Russian one I could not understand).

We ae all changed; all citizens of the world. I pray we learn something from this and can go on somehow. Surely an end to suffering must come soon.
