I am amazed at the support, love and encouragement that have come from Britain, Canada, and other nations.

Thank you, you guys in Hull and the rest of England. And all you folk in Ireland, Scotland, Wales. And you Nordic types. And of course all you Canadians, and the list goes on.

We Americans might be rude sometimes when we travel, but we appreciate you. A great deal. From this American to the lot of you, a heartfelt thank you.
