Driving home late from a class meeting at my daughter's school, I was touched at the number of candles in windows. There was nothing in our local paper that I knew of, so word must have spread through the internet, on tv, or somehow. I then hastened to the local college campus for the last night of a 4-day vigil where the remnant that remained stayed until their candles were burned to their ends.
