The only song about wind that I can think of is "The Great High Wind That Blew the Low Post Down," sometimes known as "The High Wind That Blew the Low Post Down."

According to the Folk Index, it has been recorded by the Beers Family, Booger Hole Revival, Guy Carawan, Bruce Hutton, Metamora, Eileen Monger, and Eric & Martha Nagler.

I don't have the lyrics but I think it's an American song. And it might have been a fiddle tune before someone put words to it.
