I've got a Taylor 410e, and it cost me over £700 second hand. i don't know the model numbers which are going for £350, but they must be the CHEAP end of the Taylor product.
I tried every Seagull in the book before I bought my Taylor..... no contest, but I did spend a bit more than you are talking about. Calach.
