Kingston Ontario, where Lake Ontario meets the mighty St. Lawrence River.

The Kingston Irish Folk Music Club holds two sessions monthly.

The First Friday of each month, currently held in the Parish Hall of St. Francis of Assise Church, Frontenac. A variety of workshops (tin whistles, bodhran, Irish dancing, etc.) start at 7:00p.m. with the main session starting at 8:00 p.m. Admission is $2.00, no booze, no smoking, but tea and cookies are available.

Third Sunday of each month, in the Dragons Lair at the Kingston Brewing, from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Admission $2.00. No smoking. The best of beer available at the bar downstairs.

Every Tuesday evening at the Tir na n'Og Pub, Ontario St and Market Square. Hosted by local Celtic musician Andy MacDonald. All welcome. Mainly instrumental.
