Maryrrf, a tricky little thing is the right-hand turn. When you turn right from the left lane, your instinct as an American is to turn into the right-hand lane. Don't! When you turn right go into the left lane. Also the first near-miss will put the fear of God in you, so you'll pay attention the rest of the way. BTW, am I the only one who thinks that a near-miss should be more properly called "a near-hit?"Bon Voyage.
