You could also incorporate some salad prep, or vegies, as there are a number that have 'hearts': artichoke, celery, lettuce, cabbage;
maybe give someone a "I heart my dog" or whatever, maybe even "I heart my heart"
maybe somewhere he could have a little oscilloscope with a heartbeat on the monitor.
