There is the Hamilton Folk Club, which is more of an open-stage approach. Its every other Tuesday night, upstairs at the "Pheasant Plucker" on Augusta Street. I'm not aware of any "song-circle" types of set-ups in the area. I think there is one of those in Guelph, or Kitchener-Waterloo.
