Did I tell you Gene Graham says you're going to take my job away from me? I think it's very important to be kind and gentle (but not condescending) when we point people in the right direction here at the 'Cat. I have to say that you do it with more finesse than I do.
It's essential that we be kind and gentle in all of our dealings with others, because that's what makes life worth living.
