No, it's not a new song for Wizard of Oz, the Sequel. It's a song I knew years ago that for some reason bubbled up out of my subconscious, but not all the way up. I thought I had already asked about it here, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the digitrad or forum, so forgive the redundancy and repetition if I've spaced the information.

Here's what I know, and if you know more, please add it:
If I had wings, no one would ask me should I fly
The bird sings and no one asks why,
I can see in myself wings as I feel them
If you see something else, keep your thoughts to yourself
I'll fly free then.

No one should ask me if I"m happy going my way
You might as well ask a child at play
There's no need to discuss or understand me

And I'm almost certain there's another verse, but darned if I can remember what it is. I haven't tried to plunk this one out on the guitar, but I"m assuming that it's a simple I, IV, V chord thaing...
