Sorry. I didn't mean to belittle your situation. Just musing in general. If you want to come to NY, I have a great apartment for sale - woodburning fireplace, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, formal dining room, parquet floors, and six cats.
The WTC disaster seems to have ended any chance I have of selling this place. I may actually have to start looking for work! All the subtle little changes in everyday life are adding up to a major pain in the ass. But I and mine are alive. Babbling again...sorry.
