MMario --thanks for these catches and rounds... Just one question: Is there a "catch" (ie double-entendre) in "Ha' we to the other world"? Because it all seems very innocent to me -- is it my naivete? Or *is* it innocent?
Anyway, it gives some background to one of my favorite "Mother Goose" nursery rhymes, which is less innocent -- though not necessarily risque, unless you have that sort of imagination:
The Man in the Moon drinks claret.
But he is a dull Jack-a-Dandy.
If he knew a sheep's head from a carrot,
He would learn to drink cider and brandy!
I wonder if there is a tune to go with this...
