I guess I am not being very clear these days about my discontent. I am pissed that writers are being blacklisted because they were successful on behalf of all freelancers in winning a legitimate lawsuit against one of the "biggies" in the highest court of our land.

That biggie has not let up in its trying to connive and rip off freelance writers even after the lawsuit was won. This blacklisting is just one of many ploys they have used since and it stinks, IMO.
