I've a vinyl copy of "English Sporting Ballads" (The High Level Ranters and Martyn Wyndham-Read)which was issued by "Broadside" a label of Jon Raven, who still has the majority of the Broadside masters but they remain so far unreleased on CD. However he did say he was considering rereleasing on CD at some point so I was interested to read this. His distributors of his recordings are CM Ditribution, Harrogate and I've always assumed this to be the same as Celtic Music - too much of a co-incidence otherwise. A while ago there was correspondence about all this in "Folk Roots" but without inside knowledge it was impossible to follow. There was also an article in a Sunday paper about all this but I didn't see it. Incidently the Joneses themselves do not understand why the records have remained unreleased and don't understand Dave Bulmer either. COME ON BILL LEADER, you must be out there - PLEASE REPLY!!!
