One thing - I don't dispute the need for practice - but if that's all it is, how do you account for people like Nickel Creek and them, who haven't been alive long enough to have practiced as much as you'd think it would take to make them that good?Most of the serious and not-so-serious pickers I know will admit to having been blown away by a fifteen-year-old at some point.
