Stewie that Mitchell Trio/Gateman Lp was the second Colpix album for the Mitchell Trio. Colpix pulled it out of their archives and dumped it out after the Mitchell Trio's Kapp albums had gained them them some recognition. The Trio was pissed because they didn't think those tracks reflected the type of music they were currently doing. I can't recall if there was any legal action taken. The Chad Mitchell Trio's first album was on Colpix. that album has at least three different covers. The first one is called "The Chad Mitchell Trio Arrives!" and has a photo of the trio sitting above the awning of the Blue Angel club. Later is was put out as "The Chad MItchell Trio" with a stylized drawing of a guitar and banjo. The third cover had a portrait drawing of Chad.
