I got hold of a MIDI file of Lili Marlene and ran it through my program 'MIDI Chords' to get the following (edited a bit because of the HTML format).
Each symbol represents one beat in the bar. I added some of the words by hand to indicate how they fit. Hope this helps

= means repeat the previous chord (x)
means just the note x by itself, no chord
