Are you in England or the USA ? The people you want in England are: Visualeyes www.visnet.co.uk (e-mail: imaging@vis.u-net.com) for good quality but reasonably priced bulk printing of black and white 8 x 10. They keep your negative on file, so you can re-order any time. They're not the cheapest (there are loads of very cheap companies advertising in "The Stage") but they will give you the kind of quality you need so that the casting people know you are serious. Some people these days are printing smaller colour photos in the top corner of their CVs, but casting people still prefer a good quality separate black and white 8 x 10 as well - they're an old-fashioned lot. (This info. comes "straight from the horse's mouth" from casting/audition training at RADA)If you're in the USA - I would suggest contacting a good drama school or actors' trade union - they will be able to tell you where their people go to get their photos copied - don't rely on adverts in the stage press. It's worth spending a bit more, because it's the first split-second impression that counts. Hope this helps - Good Luck !
