By most metrics you would want to use, the United States is superior to the rest of the world. Ideologically, as a whole, financially, industrially, technologically, agriculturally, and politically, as a whole. I would say the big exceptions are educationally and spiritually.

While you can find many things to complain about, and protest, and can find offenses on every hand, I think overall it is a pretty darn good nation among nations. While there are many places I can think of I would love to visit, I can't think of a nationality I would rather claim as my own.

It is the only nation that has the driving interest and the resources to coordinate this coalition, at this time.
