I've been to Quaker meetings where songs were sung--at any rate, I think that there should be more live music and less gratuitous music--the TV culture has developed a rather regretable habit of trying to embelish everything with some sort of mood music, including the recent tragedies--I find it difficult to feel or think much of anything when bombarded by mechanically lisensed emotions--
