Les also is a renowned writer of serious and parody songs, recorded by such luminaries of the British Folk Scene as Martin and Eliza Carthy, June Tabor, Martin Simpson and more. Sunday he'll be reading from his vast repertoire of poems, which include "An Infinite Number Of Occasional Tables," "Deja Vu," and "My Snails Have Not Yet Arrived." Large audiences at folk festivals groan along on the refrains...
