Here in New York, we Friends have ArtQuake, which presents art and music yearly as a medium for worship. On the other subject, I have been spending a lot of time, with one of my most right wing friends, siting in front of a local Syrian restaurant having mint tea and showing the support of non-mosleum nighbors. Though, often Kim and I spend much of the time arguing over the need and wisdom of military responce (need I say we Quakers are not for it???) we are completely on the same wave length in our belief that it is imperitive to show our support for Islamic neighbors.
