You could describe what happened, even if you don't name names or give details. That way people could be aware of the pattern of bahvior and avoid repeating it with this person or anyone else.

If you discuss thr situation in PMs with Joe Offer, fully and frankly, it is possible he might comment upon the situation here in this thread; that could lend some credibility to your anonymous post.
