I too was doing cake decorating for a while. When a friend requested a non-sugar cake for her diet and her birthday, I made a beautiful cake of low-cal bread with meat fillings between the layers and a low fat cream cheese icing. Decorated it with flowers and all. It was supposed to be served before dinner with wine. Unfortunately, it looked exactly like a real cake. Several kids took huge slices and proceeded to gag on the pate filling. Nice start to the evening.
