That's right, Spaw, it's another *Ta Dum* SONGCATCHER thread!! I couldn't resist this one. The Cinema Club brought it to town, showing this one night only and it was a wonderful movie, loved the music, but I am wondering if we got the "B" version?

The boom mic was so prevalent it became an ongiong joke. It was pretty absurd. Rog thought maybe they'd done it tongue in cheek at first, but then we decided it was too often to be that, or if it was, they went way overbaord!

Other than that, the singing and picking were incredibly beautiful, as I know has been said plenty of times. There wasn't enough of Taj Mahal, but it was still wonderful.

So...sorry Spawmyluv...but I wanna know...was the boom mic on purpose or were we cheated outta the A+ version...anybody?
