This carol is in The Oxford Book of Carols (1928, no. 25) as "A Gallery Carol." The words and music are almost the same as the ones posted above and linked to. The note says, "The words and tune, from an old church-gallery book, discovered in Dorset, like No. 20 ["Yeoman's Carol"], by the Rev. L.J.T. Darwall" (p. 53). Also in The New Oxford Book of Carols (1992, no. 136) as "Rejoice And Be Merry", which says, "The tune is closely related to those of 132 ["Tomorrow Shall Be My Dancing Day"] and 166 [Welsh carol "Wel, dyma'r borau gorau i gyd"]" (p. 477). There are several arrangements for choirs. Maddy Prior with The Carnival Band sings this in her A Tapestry of Carols album (Saydisc CSDL 366).
