One of the highlights of my time as a Mudcatter was a trip to Toronto with the Swan's. We gathered at Rick and Heather's abode and had a wonderful time. At that gathering I met Bill and Val. To say that I enjoyed them would be a gross understatement. These are folks with huge hearts and a load of talent. It seems that in a very short time, I got very attached.

Val and Bill, know that MaryLou, Ciara, and I are saddened at the loss that each of you have endured. You are in our thoughts and in our prayers.

I hope we can see each other soon.
