Ebbie, if you go to their main page (www.tuners.com) and click on the word 'email' just below the right bottom of the picture, you get some email links as well as an 800 number. I noticed when I clicked on the Intellitouch picture, then clicked on 'Email OnBoard,' I got the error message.
