I really agree BJ and even more, the idea of prescribing in this way is some real crap! Several of those have very dangerous interactions with other drugs and pre-existing conditions. I looked at their form and they are well covered ass-wise. Some guy has a heart attack and they say he didn't fill out the form correctly so it's his fault. Somehow this oughta' be illegal.Not that there aren't times I wouldn't like to skip the doctor rigamarole for something that I know we need. Tris had a regular series of ear infections and even after going the tube route, we still needed augmentin about once every two months, very cyclical. I still had to take him in, pay the bucks, and get the same damn thing. But overall, this practice here is bound to cause a few deaths while raking in big bucks and leaving the good Dr. Owens free and clear.
