Don't forget that the mail is going to take even longer this year, since it's going to be scrutinized more carefully for bio-nastiness. Also, mail may be diverted to other post offices if the one you're sending to happens to become contaminated (that's already happening in the Trenton, NJ area). So the sooner sent, the better!
