It is, however, good for cleaning icq off the computer. I have no advice about fingerpicking because I use only index and thumb. I use the index/middle crevice to tuck a flatpick into for the chords I want to hit harder. And I brace my pinky against the scratchplate when I'm flatpicking quickly.
