I guessed it was a Democratic fundraiser when you posted the menu. If it had been Republican, the menu would consisted of Oysters Rockefellow, Clam Chowder, Filet Minon, Twice Baked Potatos (some Republicans know how to spell plural potato), and Spinach Etouffee. :>)
