Clinton, I really like the Herco too. The only problem I have found is that you run through a lot of them because they break at the place where the thumbpick and the wraparound meet. I have found the Kelly picks being discussed here to be a great pick. I love it when I am doing arrangements that require an arpeggio spaced in between strumming. My Guild has so much volume that using the traditional heavy thumb pick is problemsome. Also it is hard to get a smooth chord sound. The Fred Kelly pick resolves this problem due to its material. I probably like the idea of the Herco better, I just got tired of breaking them.
