Sorcha, thanks for the link. That's the standard version, but not the one Johnny plays. If I have the patience, I'll try and transcribe his version from the CD, and post it later. In a couple earlier threads (I just looked up) Mbo also asked for the Cunningham version (no replies) and later posted the standard version. I should PM him about that if he doesn't respond to this thead.
