Ah, Lambert's, "The Home of Throwed Rolls." It's amazing how good those waiters get at their delivery--from halfway across the room that roll comes right at your head!

Hard to pick just one favorite, but I have to put the word in for Gates Barbecue in Kansas City, Missouri. Delicious ribs, the world's best baked beans, and delightfully peppery sauce, which I use for dipping french fries in--the meats are quite fine without it.
