I can't access help now to find out how to reset cookie. Anyone out there have any ideas for me?

Bob wants to get on the Cat for the evening. He's having withdrawals from not being able to get in all day and he needs it to be easy like clicking a button, not entering 204.108.149.105.thread.cfm everytime!

Hey, honestly, I am very proud of how much computer he has learned since we got this in February!
