I almost forgot...the best meal I think I ever had was in the Grand Dining Room on the ferry (The BIG one) traveling the inland waterway from Seattle to Juneau, Alaska...

Braised Salmon in Hollandaise sauce with fresh green beans...GOOD green beans...

and once in Juneau, I had more salmon, cooked over alder stoked barbeque in the woods, with a sweet glaze..The quality was unbelievable!,,,but this was 1975, and there was more 'good' salmon available.
