In my rugby days we sang
"the cow kicked nelly in the belly in the barn (X3) The farmer said it would be alright."

Then sang
"second verse, same as the first, but a little bit louder and a little bit worse"
which we did. By about the 5th verse everyone was bellowing the words as loudly as possible and thus working up a fierce thirst, which we set about slaking.
