Jon, see my post above. It wouldn't be any more appropriate to what you suggested than to deny people with other kinds of brain chemistry problems a job. The answer is to correct the problem to the extent that it can be corrected.
Men are affected by hormones just as much as women. The only difference is that they don't have an obvious signpost like bleeding every month to help them figure out when it's happening. Hormones are not a female problem. If they were, what do you think accounts for the fact that most violent crime is committed by men?
