Jeri is right. Some of us have extreme PMS and are difficult to handle. I worked with a woman who burst into tears and went out into the warehouse to cry at predictable intervals. Unfortunately, she chose this as an effective modus operandi...and was fired.
Most of us have "mood swings" not nearly as noticeable as my boss' when his girlfriend refuses him. Talk about crabby!
