I've always had fond memories from a line in the John Wayne movie Big Jake.

The Duke (Jake) is sitting on his horse next to his sort-of post-adolescent son. Son makes some s.a. remark.

Right as the son hits the dirt - propelled off his horse by "Big Jakes" bootheel, the line -

"If y' can't respect yer elders, y' can at least respect yer betters."

But then I have children too.
