About 3 years ago,I stumbled across kinesiology which was developed by the chiropractor George Goodheart and combines chiropractic with elements of the traditional chinese medicine. I cant recommend it highly enough. Not only did it immensly improve my physical well-being, it also managed to rid me of the really bad stage-fright I used to suffer from. I would never have believed it if I hadnt experienced it myself.
